Personal Data Protection Policy

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
By using dogsome.dk or ordering products from our online shop, you accept that dogsome.dk records and processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions below.
Dogsome.dk fully respects all requests for confidentiality regarding the personal data you provide on dogsome.dk. We are also aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of your personal data. Dogsome records and processes personal data in accordance with the rules applicable at any given time.

You can use dogsome.dk without telling us who you are or providing personal data about yourself. Dogsome.dk uses cookies, but using dogsome.dk does not in itself involve the recording of personal data.

However, Dogsome needs certain personal data in order to do business with you and deliver products, news and other services to you. We therefore record and process personal data about you that you provide yourself, for example when you:
• visit our website
• make a purchase from our online shop
• create a customer account
• subscribe to our newsletter
• enter a competition
• review our website
• send an enquiry or complaint, or provide us with feedback, or
• otherwise provide personal data to us via dogsome.dk or in another way.
By providing personal data, you consent to dogsome.dk processing the personal data, including that dogsome.dk:
• records the personal data you provide
• records information about the purchases you make in our online shop

Legal basis for processing
We collect your basic contact details, such as your name and address, so that we can deliver the product you have purchased from us. We collect your email address so that we can send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for processing the payment and fulfilling the agreement entered into. 
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we use your email address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, unfortunately you will not be able to purchase products from us through our website.
Personal data is stored for 5 years to comply with the provisions of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Personal data is stored in Denmark. Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your goods. 
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we transfer your personal data to third countries. 

If you have requested delivery, your name, address, telephone number and email address will be disclosed to our shipping provider Pakkelabels.dk, which uses companies such as GLS, Dao365 and PostNord to deliver your purchases. 
If you choose to review our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the Google Customer Reviews service. 
We operate our online shop and payment system through Wannafind.dk, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in Wannafind’s data centres. 
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which guarantees that they comply with the applicable rules on protecting your personal data.

However, if you choose parcel delivery when ordering, we disclose your name, address and email address to Pakkelabels.dk, GLS, Dao365 and PostNord. This allows your parcel to be tracked in transit and enables them to notify you about the delivery. We have a data processing agreement with Pakkelabels.dk

Dogsome.dk does not store information about your means of payment, such as payment card numbers, bank account numbers or similar information.
The data controller for payments is  Nets.

The legal basis for processing personal data is your consent.
Personal data is stored for 5 years to comply with the provisions of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Personal data is stored in Denmark.

You have the right at any time to:
• obtain information about which personal data dogsome.dk has registered about you
• have incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant personal data corrected
• request the deletion of all personal data.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by dogsome at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal, based on your consent.

Log statistics:
We also use log statistics on dogsome.dk. This means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we receive, where they come from and where they leave the website, etc.
The log statistics are used solely to optimise naturligtdyrefoder.dk and our advertisements on Facebook and Google AdWords.

Newsletters:
Dogsome.dk sends newsletters to those subscribed to the list.
The information collected in Mailchimp is not disclosed to third parties, except as described in Mailchimp’s privacy terms Read here.  
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will shortly receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.
Newsletter subscription is an optional part of the ordering process in the online shop.
The newsletter is sent only by www.dogsome.dk
